Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Beamcite (beamcite.com) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

In this policy, "we", "us", and "Beamcite" mean the partnership of Kshetez Vinayak and Abhijay Vinayak, which operates beamcite.com. "You" means anyone who visits the site, submits our form, or buys our service.

1. What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Information you give us. The details you submit through our onboarding form: your website URL, a description of your business, your ideal customer, your goal, your competitors, your current blog and traffic situation, and your contact name and email. If you book a call or email us, we keep that correspondence too.
• Payment information. When you subscribe, payment is handled by Dodo Payments. We receive confirmation that you paid and basic billing details, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site working and to understand traffic at an aggregate level.

2. How we use it

We use your information for a short, specific list of things:

• To research your market and produce the content you hired us for.
• To contact you about your account, your strategy call, and your results.
• To process your subscription and send receipts.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and the service.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join. The information you give us is used to deliver the service you asked about, and nothing else.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run Beamcite, and only the minimum they need to do their job:

• Dodo Payments processes payments and stores your billing details under its own privacy terms.
• Cal.com handles call scheduling if you book a strategy call.
• Our hosting and database providers store the site and your form submissions securely on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, and property. If Beamcite is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that deal, and this policy will continue to apply to it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward to handle accounting, legal, and support needs. When you ask us to delete it, we remove it as described below, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

6. How we protect it

Your information is stored with reputable providers and is accessible only to the people working on your account. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as carefully as we would treat our own.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email admin@kshetezvinayak.com. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

9. Children

Beamcite is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated to active customers by email.
