1. The managed service

We also offer a managed service, where we research your market, draft content with AI, have a real person review every piece before it ships, and work to get your business cited and recommended by AI assistants.

The scope, duration, price, billing, notice period and refunds of the managed service are agreed in writing before any work starts. That written agreement governs if it conflicts with anything here. Because the work is delivered continuously, fees for work already performed are generally not refundable. Nothing on this site is an offer of fixed commercial terms for the managed service.

2. Free tools on this site

The free tools, checklists and calculators on this site are provided as they are, for information only. Their results are estimates and suggestions, not advice, and you use them at your own discretion.

3. Your content

The content we create and publish for you belongs to you. Once a post is delivered, it is yours to keep, edit and use, even if you stop working with us.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

You give us permission to use your business name, logo and published results to run the managed service and, with your consent, to show our work.

The Beamcite name, site, software and methods remain ours. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.

4. Results: what we can and cannot promise

AI assistants and search engines are run by other companies. They change how they choose and cite sources without notice. So we cannot guarantee any citation, mention, ranking, traffic or sales, and neither can anyone honest.

For the managed service, we promise diligent work aimed at AI visibility and honest reporting on it, not a particular outcome.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Beamcite to:

• break the law, or publish content that is false, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• produce spam, or content meant to mislead search engines, AI assistants or readers;
• connect accounts or sites you do not have the right to use;
• get around plan limits, resell access, or overload, probe or reverse engineer the service;
• harm other users, us, or the providers we rely on.

We may suspend access if you do any of these.

6. Your indemnity to us

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Beamcite and its partners from any third-party claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from: (a) information, materials or content you provide, approve or publish; (b) your use of the service; or (c) your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defense, as long as any settlement that creates an obligation or admission for us has our written consent first.

7. Disclaimers

The service and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Beamcite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you actually paid us for it, counting at most the 12 months before the claim arose. If you bought Lifetime, the limit is the price you paid for it.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal risk for us or harms others. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the part of any payment that covers service you did not receive.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, changes made by third-party AI assistants or platforms, acts of government, or natural events.

11. Assignment

You may not transfer your agreement with us without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, for example if Beamcite is sold or merged, and your agreement continues with the new owner.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any agreement we sign with you, are the entire agreement between us about the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will email active customers about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana. This does not take away any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
