Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Beamcite, the partnership of Kshetez Vinayak and Abhijay Vinayak, which operates beamcite.com. By using the site, submitting our form, or subscribing to the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we provide

Beamcite is a human-supervised AI content service. We research your market, draft content with AI, have a real human editor review it before we publish it, and publish it so your business can be cited and recommended by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. The Starter plan includes one blog post per day, every post reviewed by a human editor, topic strategy from your market data, and a monthly AI-visibility report. Custom plans are agreed in writing.

2. Subscription and billing

• The service is sold as a monthly subscription, billed in advance through Dodo Payments.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Prices are shown on the site. We may change pricing for future billing periods, and we will give active customers notice before a change takes effect.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your Dodo Payments customer portal, with no contract and no exit calls. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Work that has already been paid for in the current period is completed. Because the service is delivered as ongoing work, monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we will make it right.

4. What we promise, and what we do not

We work hard to get your business cited and recommended by AI assistants, and we report transparently on progress. AI assistants are third-party systems we do not own or control. They change how they choose and cite sources without notice. For that reason, we cannot guarantee specific placements, citations, rankings, or traffic, and neither can anyone honest. We promise diligent work aimed at AI visibility and honest reporting on it, not a particular outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business so the content we produce is correct.
• Make sure you have the right to operate your business and to have content published on your behalf.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing, and do not ask us to publish content that is false, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights.
• Provide any access we need to publish to your site, and keep it secure on your end.
• Review the content we publish for you and tell us promptly if anything is inaccurate, so we can correct it.

6. Your indemnity to us

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beamcite and its partners from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from: (a) information, facts, or materials you give us or approve; (b) your use or publication of the content we deliver; or (c) your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defense, as long as any settlement that creates an obligation or admission for us has our written consent first.

7. Ownership of content

The content we create and publish for you belongs to you. Once a post is delivered, it is yours to keep, edit, and use, even if you cancel. You grant us permission to use your business name, logo, and published results to operate the service and, with your consent, to showcase our work. The Beamcite name, site, and underlying tools and methods remain ours.

8. Disclaimers

The service and the site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any specific business result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Beamcite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or reputational risk for us. If we end the service without cause, we will refund any prepaid time you did not receive.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, changes made by third-party AI assistants or platforms, acts of government, or natural events. If such an event continues for a long period, either of us may pause or end the affected service for that period.

12. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your agreement with us without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, for example if Beamcite is sold or merged, and your agreement and the content we have delivered continue under the new owner.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan we agree in writing, are the entire agreement between us about the service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana.
