We built this for our own product first.
We are not a big agency. We are two founders building our own product, and Beamcite started as something we needed ourselves.
Earlier this year, we were trying to get our own product noticed. We started writing blogs to see what worked, and quickly realized the game had changed. People were not Googling anymore. They were asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini what to use, and our product was invisible to them.
So we taught ourselves exactly what makes those assistants recommend a product, and we put it into our own blogs. It worked. Then it hit us that almost every founder we knew was about to face the same wall.
